Is this a long-term commitment?
No. If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at any time with no termination fees or other hidden charges. We'll even keep your account open so you can sign up again at a later date and still have access to all your previous tests.
Alternatively, you can sign up for a 24 hour pass. This is great for occasional users. Once one pass has run out, you can simply buy another from within your account and continue testing.
Can I change price plans at any time?
Yes. From within your account you can change your price plan at any time. You can switch between a subscription and using 24 hour passes, as well. It's completely up to you.
Can I pay upfront for a year?
Yes. We are happy to take payment upfront for 12 months. If you choose to pay for 12 months, we'll only charge you for 10. To set this up, just email us and we'll take care of it for you.
We can also take payment upfront on invoice or by bank transfer if you'd prefer. We find these options are popular with larger companies.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes. We accept American Express cards through PayPal. To pay using your Amex card, select the PayPal payment option when you sign up with Litmus. You'll be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase, but you do not need a PayPal account to do this.
